Ensilis does not guarantee or take responsibility, in any case or circumstance, for any damages or losses resulting from:

• Lack of availability, continuity, access, maintenance and operation of the Web or services and updates, accuracy, density, relevance, punctuality and content reliability, regardless of the cause, and difficulties or problems of technical origin, or of any other origin, which cause these anomalies.
• The transmission or/and existence of viruses, other elements or programs that can damage users’ equipment or that may affect them, following access, use or verification of the website, or that may cause changes to their documents or electronic files.
• The illicit, negligent and fraudulent use, which replaces third parties’ personality or is contrary to the content of these General Terms and Conditions, to good faith or to good practices of Web commercial use, its services and contents.

Personal Data Protection

User's personal data are only processed when they are needed for the provision of the services. This processing cannot take place without the user’s consent to include their data in the corresponding files or in subsequent IT processing. These data are included in files whose controller is Ensilis, Educação e Formação, Unipessoal, Lda., with head office at Estrada da Correia, n.º 53, 1500-210 Lisboa, Portugal, and are used for the purposes specifically stated when collected. The basis for the processing of personal data, provided in the collection form, is defined in the development and execution of the existing relationship between parties, as well as in compliance with legal obligations to which Ensilis undertakes and in the unequivocal consent of the data holder. The user will, in any case, be responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data provided, and Ensilis reserves the right to exclude from its services any user who has provided false or inaccurate data, without prejudice to any other legal action. All collected data will be treated confidentially. The owner has the right to access, rectify and delete data, limit and oppose to its treatment, and exercise the right to portability, all free of charge, as provided for in the privacy policy.

• If they are students at Universidade Europeia/IPAM Porto/IPAM Lisboa, personal data collected during calls will be included in an automated or mixed file whose controller is Ensilis, aimed at taking care of the academic and administrative management of individual student files.
• If they are interested parties or applicants, i.e., potential students, collected personal data will be included in an automated file whose controller is Ensilis, aimed at managing the requests for information and admission, participation in competitions for access, admission exams and interviews, as well as directing promotional and telemarketing campaigns.
• In both cases mentioned above, users may exercise, free of charge, their rights to access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing and portability of personal data, in accordance with the regulations and legislation in force.
