The International Health Weekend UEM is an intensive 10-hour program that offers a unique opportunity to experience the educational environment of the prestigious Universidad Europea de Madrid, located in Villaviciosa de Odón, and its Simulated Hospital, which received SSIH (Society for Simulation in Healthcare) Accreditation in 2022 for its innovation and excellence in healthcare simulation. The development of interprofessional skills in healthcare through the students' experience of intermediate and complex simulation activities, using actors and artificial intelligence, addressing themes that cut across the areas of Health Sciences, was the highlight of this remarkable initiative.
It was also an excellent opportunity to interact and establish links with students from other Health Sciences programs and also for international networking.
